Our SOC 2® report

An independent CPA firm examined the controls Ryse uses to protect the information entrusted to us. Customers and prospects can read the full report under a nondisclosure agreement.

The basics

What is SOC 2?

System and Organization Controls (SOC) reports are examinations performed by independent CPA firms under standards set by the American Institute of CPAs. A SOC 2 report covers a service organization's controls relevant to security, and can also cover availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy. It isn't a certification: it's the auditor's report on a company's controls, written for that company's customers and their auditors to read.

Trust

Why it matters

Every rent advance on Ryse asks three parties to trust us at once: the property manager, the owner and the financial institution that purchases it. Trust like that should be earned, not just promised. So we had our controls examined by an independent CPA firm, and we share the report with the people who rely on us.

How to get a copy

SOC 2 reports are restricted-use documents, meant for a service organization's customers, their auditors and others who understand its system well enough to read them correctly. We share ours under a nondisclosure agreement.

Email hello@rysemarket.com with your name and company. We’ll send an NDA, then the report once it’s signed. Vendor security questionnaires go to the same address.
