Follow these steps in your Ryse dashboard to introduce and invite property owners to Rent Advances.

Introduce & Invite Your Owners

Properties Tab

Start inviting owners in the Properties Tab with the Owner Introduction Email
Select a Ryse Email Template that you can use & modify (Classic or Modern)

Invite via Properties Tab

Property Portfolio Management Section

Go to Property Portfolio Management Section
Click on the Owners or Properties Tab to the right (Invite a Single Property or Owner's entire Portfolio)
Click on the 3 dots under Action

Send Bulk Invitation

A bulk invite email will populate
Here you will see specific properties and advance amounts available for each owner
Send Invitation via Ryse System
Owner can ACCEPT invite if interested

Pro Tip

Use the automated marketing features in your Ryse dashboard to identify and invite eligible property owners. The system will show you pre-qualified units, total available advances, and potential commissions.
