They fill out a simple online application in about five minutes and receive approval in roughly one hour.

Funding & Repayment

Owners access 2 – 11 months of rent upfront (maximum $60,000), pay a 10 % fee and repay automatically via rent payments; tenants are unaffected and no credit checks are performed.

Earn Your Fee

For every advance your owner closes, you earn up to 2% of the funded amount. Our largest customer is projected to generate $30,000 per month in additional income.

Yes, any property manager can offer Ryse Advance as long as you are managing residential rental properties in the United States. Properties outside of the United States are currently ineligible for Ryse Advance.

What is the cost of enrollment?

There’s a $100 monthly fee to enroll in Ryse Advance for Property Managers. However, we are offering new partners a 1 year free trial for all Property Managers who sign up by September 1st, 2025.

Do I have to be on RentManager to use Ryse Advance?

No, any Property Manager can use Ryse Advance. RentManager customers have access to seamless integration that enables features like Automated Marketing and additional discounts.
